Nose: Cinnamon leads in a plethora of drying spice which provide a backdrop hints of tomato juice, plenty of grassy rye grain and a lick of sticky toffee.
Palate: The classic, chewy rye notes arrive on the palate, with milk chocolate undertones, strong wood elements, more drying spice and an earthy quality.
Finish: A malty finish finds room for flickers of cinnamon.
Overall: A really, really delicious dram. Just so enjoyable.
