From Colorado-based micro distillery Peach Street Distillers, can you guess which fruit this spirit is made from? It's peaches, of course! They're sourced from local fruit farms, with almost 16kg used for every litre of spirit produced. This batch was matured in a combo of American oak and a French brandy cask before being bottled up at two years old by That Boutique-y Spirits Company.
Batch 1 is a release of 132 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Elegant orchard blossom and ripe, juicy peach lead the way, with hints of Turkish delight and heather honey.
Palate
Sweet, juicy layers of fresh peaches, with creamy florals and waves of oaken vanilla.
Finish
Plump raisins join the peaches, with notes of fromage frais balancing a touch of pepper.
