Solbeso Cacao Spirit 70cl

A very interesting drink from New York based company, New World Spirits. Solbeso is made with cacao fruit grown in Peru and Ecuador - rather than using the cacao bean, which is what is used in making chocolate. The fruit is feremented and then distilled at the source, due to it being highly perishable. It's then blended and bottled in Bardstown, Kentucky. A light, fruity spirit, with wafts of orange peel, flowers and a touch of dark chocolate.
