It's the very first Boutique-y bottling of malt spirit from Israel's Milk & Honey Distillery! This expression has been aged for one year, so not long enough to be called whisky, but even in just a year it has taken on plenty of flavour indeed - think flamed orange peel, warming ginger and vibrant sherry. The label shows off the Tel Aviv coastline, though a few of those buildings are looking a little... Well, still-shaped!
Batch 1 is a release of 678 bottles.
‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose Sherried funk, dried fruit, oily walnut and ginger snaps emerge through tannic wood and rich toffee.
Palate Wood spice rasps through more creamy nuttiness, fiery ginger and orange peel, with vanilla, red berries and dark chocolate in support.
Finish A touch of salt, dried fruit and mocha.
