Lindores New Make Spirit is the creation of Lindores Abbey Distillery and is a reiteration of the first release in 2018 which sold out almost immediately. This is an intriguing spirit that hints at pears and a sweet brininess that gives way to vanilla and warmth. A silk-textured treat that will keep people guessing during a blind tasting.

Nose
Vanilla, cereal, mint and cooked pear.
Palate
Silken and gentle with hazelnut and toffee sweetening the spice and fruit in the background.
Finish
Generous and with plenty of fruit interplay with warmth.
