Combining Irish whiskey with a host of ingredients from the Irish landscape, including the likes of pepper dulse, dandelion, Irish butter, toast, elder, and barberry, it's a robustly flavoursome spirit, with fruity, autumnal notes running through it. Ought to be excellent in a twist on a Whiskey Sour.
