Wave Length Amber Digestif
Wave Length is a zero-ABV drink from Cornwall, made by fermenting natural ingredients, including tea leaves, and then infusing a special blend of all-natural fruit, herbs and botanicals. Any alcohol produced in the fermentation stage is biologically removed, which is why each batch takes a month to produce. This amber variety is made with lapsang, ginger, clove, vanilla, cocoa nibs and gentian root. Try with ginger ale and a slice of orange.
