Génépi is a traditional liqueur produced in the French Alps, made by macerating the alpine Artemisia plant that grows in the mountains' high altitudes. This dry edition from Guillaumette is layered with aromatic layers of pine, liquorice, and delicate floral sweetness.
I’m not an expert, but I really enjoyed the Guillaumette Genepi Dry. It has a unique, herbal taste that’s refreshing and not too sweet. Great on its own or mixed. I’ll definitely be buying it again!
