Fluère is a non-alcoholic spirit made with botanicals you might see in gins, including Casablancan coriander seeds, Himalayan juniper berries, lavender from Provence and Mediterranean lemon peel, all individually distilled in a copper pot still. Presented in a rather stunning bottle, the spirit is perfect for any low or non-alcoholic cocktails.
