All the way from Illinois comes a single barrel edition of FEW Spirits' superb bourbon! Not only is it a single barrel expression, it's also been bottled at 50.%% ABV (or 101 proof, should you prefer). A top quality spirit from the incredible craft distillery in Evanston - once the home of Prohibition, now the home of delicious bourbon!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Brown sugar and hot chocolate, with a good kick of oak-y clove. Honeycomb develops later on.

Palate: Continued festive spices with a touch of white pepper bringing more heat. Layers of caramel and red-chilli-chocolate.

Finish: Honey returns, drying cacao, orange peel.
