Everleaf
Another fab alcohol-free aperitif from Everleaf, featuring some rather coastal qualities. This expression was made with the likes of sea buckthorn, dulse seaweed, juniper, elderflower, orange blossom, and more, and it just so happens to go excellently with tonic. Pop in a wedge of fresh lemon and you'll have made yourself a marvellous tipple. Good work!
Softly savoury with sea breeze and vegetal hints of seaweed, deftly balanced by citrus, peppery spice, and pine.

I really love this one. I'd had Everleaf Forest at a restaurant and really liked it, so we bought a bottle and a miniatures pack to try the others. I fell for this one instantly, but wasn't taken with Mountain. My partner was the exact opposite. I found Marine to have a lovely crisp bitter style finish with tonic. For reference I love tonic on its own and I do like gin whereas my partner doesn't. Mountain for me was a little plain, but the kelp etc Marine gave my tonic an extra flavour that I love. So much so I've had a couple of bottles since. It's wonderful with some frozen cherries or berries as ice cubes, and feels like a treat to drink. If you like crisp aperitifs and gin type things, give it a whirl
