Symphony 6 from experimental distillers Empirical is distilled from pilsner malt that's been fermented with Belgian Saison yeast, and then successively macerated and distilled with a whole host of botanicals. Citrus, coffee, and fig leaves—as well as blackcurrant buds—bring balanced zesty, fruity, and musky notes to the spirit, which takes inspiration from the world of perfumery.
