Empirical Spirits Fallen Pony Blend (70cl)

Empirical Spirits founder Lars Williams named this expression after the story of a My Little Pony that can’t deal with being a child star in her later life and falls into disrepute. That's about the most normal thing about this spirit.

This sweet spirit was made with a vacuum-distilled koji and saison-yeast-fermented barley wash to which distilled quince kombucha tea is blended into. More undistilled kombucha is then added to reduce the strength down to the bottling ABV of 35%. Extraordinary and original, which is everything we've come to expect from Empirical Spirits.
