Empirical Spirits Charlene McGee Blend
The fascinating Charlene McGee was created by combining a single botanical gin like eau de vie made from Empirical Spirits' own in-house koji spirit (produced with Naked Barley, Pearled Barley and Pilsner Malt) and juniper that was smoked over juniper wood and then lightly crushed. This blend was then rested in ex-oloroso Sherry casks for 5 days for sweetness and a touch of woodiness. Unlike anything else you've tried before: think Reposado mezcal meets gin...
