From El Destilado comes another Mexican agave-based spirit, this time produced using the rather rare Sierra Negra agave variety. This one was produced by mezcalero Alberto Martinez, with the agave being cooked for six days in an earthen pit and distilled using clay pots!
Nutmeg, orange peels, tobacco, aromatic smoke, vanilla, quince.
