An agave spirit produced for the El Destilado range, founded by folks from Sager + Wilde and East London Liquor Company. This expression was made with tobala agave in Oaxaca. Tobala agave plants tend to be on the rather small side compared to the like of espadín, though it still remains a popular choice among mezcal producers.
Leafy and fresh, with just a hint of smoke appearing later on. Yellow plum and lemon peel.
