This agave spirit was produced for the El Destilado range (founded by people behind Sager + Wilde and East London Liquor Company) by a small producer in Reyes Metzontla using pichomel agave. The whole range explore Latin American spirits, many of which would never reach these shores otherwise. Fascinating stuff.
