This expression from the El Destilado range is made using Jabali agave, which isn't seen all that often in spirits production as it can be rather difficult to work with. However, perseverance has created as intriguing agave spirit here, with a dry spiciness balancing vibrant fruit notes.
Orange and grapefruit oil, red chilli flake, baked earth, and a touch of menthol.
