From the El Destilado range of agave spirits (a project made by folks behind Sager + Wilde and East London Liquor Company) comes an expression made with a mixture of espadín and cuishe agave varieties. Espadín is one of the most used agave types in mezcal, and cuishe is also particularly popular too.
