Description

Another fabulous agave spirit from the trio behind El Destilado, this expression boasts a combination of 27% espadín and 73% barril agaves - hence the name. This was made in Oaxaca by local producer Rene Parda Barriga, and was fermented for 14 days.

Overall

A gentle sugar sweetness that fades into a vegetal and refreshingly clean finish.
