Drakon is an Ecuadorian spirit made entirely from dragon fruit pulp at La Felipa Fruit & Wine Distillery. Created to showcase the character of the fruit rather than bury it under sugar or heavy flavouring, it has a smooth, delicate profile suited to drinking neat or mixing in fruit-led cocktails. It is also believed to be the first spirit of its kind.
