Thompson Bros. Single Malt New Make Spirit 20cl

The Dornoch Distillery is giving us a peek into the future with its Single Malt New Make Malt Spirit! This new make is made with organic, floor malted Plumage Archer barley, and fermented for 7 to 10 days (which is very long indeed) in an Eastern European oak open top washback before being distilled and bottled at 60% ABV. We excitedly await the eventual whisky - y'know, after the maturation and whatnot.
