The Doghouse Distillery in London has taken inspiration from America to create this moonshine-style spirit. Created from a mashbill of corn, barley, and rye, the brand describes this distilled spirit as having a profile that is a cross between pisco, grappa and a white agricole rum. An intriguing spirit here that we're assured is well placed in white rum cocktails, like a Daiquiri.

Lime zest and mellow sweet corn.
