Doghouse Distillery

Doghouse Distillery is a London spirits producer making whisky, vodka, gin, aperitivo and grain spirit from real British grain. Its range includes Baller Vodka, Baller Chilli Bacon Vodka, Renegade Gin, Doppelgänger Aperitivo and Debt Collector Moonshine, with an approach to cask aged moonshine, and eventually whisky, inspired by bourbon.

The important bit is that Doghouse is not simply buying neutral spirit and putting a jazzy label on it. The brand works from grain, mashing and distilling in London before building out its range of spirits. Doghouse brings music and booze together, treating each bottle as another form of creative expression. Its labels take their cue from record sleeves, while the distillery’s whole identity is built around the songs, nights out, barbecues, and good times that drinks so often soundtrack.

Doghouse gives bartenders and home drinkers a London-made line-up across the back bar staples, with enough personality to avoid becoming another identical bottle in black-and-white packaging. London has enough of those.
