A super spirit here from London's Doghouse Distillery, made in the style of an American whiskey. A mashbill of majority corn plus barley and rye was double distilled in a copper pot still and then aged in a charred, virgin American oak for just one year. That's why it's bottled as a moonshine, not whiskey. Serve in a twist on an Old Fashioned or top with lemonade to make a cracking Hard Lemonade.

Palate Strong oak up front due to its young maturation followed by light caramel and toasty flavours.
