Over in Devon, Courtney's took a base of West Indian rum, and infused it with kitchen spices and honey from its very own hives for this Grumblebee spirit drink! All of its honey bees were rescued from extermination and re-homed to the hives, so not only does it taste good, but it does good too! At 35% ABV it's pretty approachable, and does well with ginger beer to balance the honey sweetness.
Silky honey sweetness, with orange peel leading into cinnamon and ginger warmth alongside vanilla and butterscotch.

Just too nice. We have tried it on ice, with ginger beer but by far the best way is a dash of lime juice, apple juice, lemonade and a sprig of mint over loads of ice. You will loose an evening! Smooth to drink and full of flavour.
I found this rum on the rough and fiery side which largely masked the honey and spices. Frankly I've tasted much better so I can only give this 2 stars.

I didn't think I was a rum fan until I tried this. Such a smooth drink and does not even need anything added to it in my opinion.
