Copper Fox Rye (bottled January 2015)
Another bottling of Copper Fox Rye spirit. These always come with loads of fascinating technical information about the production on the label, which we think is very awesome. This particular bottling features spirit that was given a light smoke of 60% applewood and 40% cherrywood, aged in bourbon barrels along with apple wood and oak chips.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Spicy clove and cinnamon, with a delicate hint of smoke. Rounded juicy fruit notes.
