Tasting Note by The Producer
Nose
Aromatic with rich sultanas, dried fruit, chocolate, and toffee.
Palate
Maple sweetness, wrapping warm oaky notes, dates, cacao, and vanilla. The great length allows a second layer of treacle, coffee, and bitter chocolate.
Finish
Sweet coffee, fig, and raisin in a very velvety texture, with a hint of spice on the back of the tongue.
