This fascinating tipple was made by the folks at Brunswick Aces distillery in Melbourne, with the intention of creating a botanical beverage to be enjoyed as an alternative to alcohol. Distilled with the likes of lemon myrtle, juniper, Tasmanian pepperberry, and wattleseed – a native Australian seed with a nutty, wheaty character. This is produced as a non-alcoholic twin to Brunswick Aces Spades Gin, which is a rad concept. It carries plenty of flavour and zest, which will work well with tonic, or in some non-alcoholic cocktails!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Zesty with wafts of lemon zest and juniper, with savoury garden herbs, aromatic cardamom and interestingly nutty undertones.
