Tall Stacks is a smoky spirit from the folks at Brain Brew. It's aged in oak, but rather than leaving it for years the distillery uses heating and cooling cycles to accelerate its ageing, which means it's not legally old enough to be called a whiskey, though it's still full of aromatic wood smoke and caramel notes.
