An intriguing spirit here from Brain Brew, Paddle Wheel is initially matured in traditional barrels before being finished in casks made with reclaimed 200-year-old American oak. The folks behind the spirit use heating and cooling cycles to accelerate its ageing, so it's not legally old enough to be called a whiskey.
