Description
Hertfordshire - not the first place that comes to mind when you think about moonshine production, but the Black Bridge distillery is here to challenge those preconceived notions up in your noggin. This English moonshine is made using a trio of grains, with a particular focus on corn - akin to the spirits produced across the pond.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Drying baking spices - nutmeg and cassia. Hints of buttered corn on the cob develop further down the line, but it remains richly spiced.
