A category-defying spirit from Batch, inspired by the character Zheng Lun of a Chinese legend. There are heaps of botanicals to be found in this one, with passion fruit, Sichuan pepper, tonka bean and popped lotus seed. The distillery recommend pairing it with a Mediterranean tonic and a garnish of strawberry and basil.
