Blue, blue, electric blue... A lip-smacking spirit from Batch, which has got its bright blue hue thanks to the butterfly pea, so when you add a splash of tonic, it'll turn pink! The botanicals featured within the spirit include apple, apricot (and apricot kernel), betel nut, cardamom, cranberry, ginger, hibiscus, lemon and raspberry. Garnish with fresh orange and serve with a good tonic.
Enjoyably fresh and fruity, with red berry and citrus standing out. Hints of mint and coriander leaf develop in the background.
