This Poitín-style spirit from 1512 is made from 95% potato and 5% barley by Master Distiller Salvatore P. Cimino. Fantastically, he works as a traditional barber during the day, offering straight razor shaves in the same manner as they were during Prohibition, when barber shops were sometimes used as fronts by the bootleggers!
Salvatore is no stranger to crafting exceptional unaged spirits either, having started the 1512 range with Barbershop Rye, an incredible 100% rye spirit.

Brutal, got a mini of it, 1 sip one taste. New make madness style
Descent price, affordable yet scrumptious, takes a different image of drinking alcohol with potato and Rye. Not sure what it would be nice mixing with, maybe chocolate. The Cork was a bit loose and brocken but still intact therefore I give 3/5
