Villa Crespia Franciacorta Millè Brut 75cl

The Villa Crespia winery in Italy is dedicated to sustainably producing the Franciacorta style of sparkling wine, using grapes grown in its organic vineyards in the DOCG-protected region. This expression is made with chardonnay grapes, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and rested for 7-8 months, followed by refermentation and maturation in the bottle for a further 36 months.
