A traditional Japanese Shochu from Iichiko! Distilled in Oita Prefecture on Kyushu Island, Japan's southernmost region, this white spirit is made from 100% two-row barley, fermented with koji. It was created with the modern bartender in mind, offering a full-flavoured profile brimming with umami notes of soy and pepper alongside floral stone fruits, citrus, and earthy minerality.
