Port of Leith Distillery's Manzanilla Sherry is sourced from Bodegas Baron, a 480-year-old producer, who will supply the brand with sherry casks to mature its whisky in. While we wait for the whisky, the brand is bottling sherry first to give us an idea of what to expect from the casks, an idea we love. This Manzanilla is made in the same style as Fino sherry; bone dry, and is a fine cocktail ingredient as well as sipper.
