From the family-owned Osborne bodega (and one of the oldest wine producers in Spain) comes this Pedro Ximénez 1827 sherry. Matured in the traditional solera method, this sweet, decadent sherry is full of dried fruit notes, making it a prime pairing with blue cheese.

A touch of toasted brioche and generous notes of raisins and prunes, alongside old oak and a pinch of tobacco.
