Gonzalez Byass La Concha Medium Sherry
Excellent simple medium sweet sherry from one of the biggest and best names in the business, Gonzalez Byass. This is delicious sipped neat and chilled with blue cheese or all kinds of puddings. It also makes a great cocktail ingredient, try a splash in a whisky Highball instead of sugar syrup, and a little glug will do wonders for your gravy. In fact, can you really afford to be without a bottle?
