Description

An extraordinary single-cask Amontillado from Bodega Toro Albalá, distilled in 1951 and matured for over 73 years in a single American oak butt under true static ageing conditions. Bottled at 21% ABV with an outturn of just 304 bottles, this is a profoundly concentrated and complex fortified wine, showcasing decades of slow oxidative development.

Roasted walnuts, antique oak, orange peel, leather, and a saline edge.
