Junmai 12

Bottled at a slightly lower ABV than most sake without compromising on any of the character, Junmai 12 is the creation of acclaimed French cellar master Regis Camus, alongside brewmasters at the Konishi brewery in Japan's Hyogo prefecture. Boasting a softly savoury minerality coupled with notes of salted chocolate, caramel, and zest, it ought to work splendidly with a delicate main course.
