If you're looking to enter the world of high-quality sake then Akashi-Tai has a tailor-made product for you. It's sake, did you guess? Not just any old sake though, Honjozo Tokubetsu was made with Gohyakumangoku rice milled down to just 60% of its original size to create a complex, tropical, and delicate profile. This is also 72cl, so there's more bang for your buck.
