The archipelago of Zanzibar off the east coast of Africa historically played a key role in the global spice trade, inspiring the makers of this flavourful spiced rum! A base of five-year-old Caribbean rum is infused with organic vanilla, cardamom, and nutmeg sourced from Zanzibar for a drink that'll shine served neat, and work a treat in twists on classic cocktails like a Mojito.

Overall

Waves of floral vanilla, warming cinnamon, and nutmeg are supported by a touch of zesty citrus, toasted brown sugar, and anise.

Delicious!!

I thought I’d try this as we had our honeymoon in Zanzibar. This is truly delicious, not too sweet nor too spiced. The vanilla comes through amazingly well and this goes great with ginger beer. Would recommend.

Delicious - spiced rum for people that like rum

Tried this on holiday in Zanzibar and brought myself 2 bottles home. Probably one of the best rum I’ve ever had. Very velvety, delicious and harmonious aromas of Zanzibar spice. I definetely note the taste of vanilla, star anise and cardamom.
