Forsyths White 2017 - Habitation Velier 70cl Rum

This aromatic white rum from the independently bottled Habitation Velier range has been fermented Jamaican-style for three whole months, resulting in a spirit that has unprecedented levels of funk. It was distilled in a double retort pot still built by Forsyths at Worthy Park Estate and bottled in 2017.
