Forsyths White 2017 - Habitation Velier
This aromatic white rum from the independently bottled Habitation Velier range has been fermented Jamaican-style for three whole months, resulting in a spirit that has unprecedented levels of funk. It was distilled in a double retort pot still built by Forsyths at Worthy Park Estate and bottled in 2017.

A classic example of an old-style Jamaican rum. Extremely complex and super powerful, packed full of cloves, bruised bananas, and galangal, with a grassy note.
