Wildjac Rhubarb Rum
A treat from the folks at Wildjac in the Wyre Forest, this white rum is treated to an infusion and distillation with locally grown English rhubarb! With a delightful balance of sweetness and tang, it ought to work splendidly for a twist on a Mojito, or splashed in cloudy apple juice.
