Slightly grassy at first, before a good helping of fresh lime and papaya notes develop on the mid-palate.
Subtly citrus and smooth, mellow sweetness. Bang for buck one of the best white rums I've tried. Really lovely rum and highly recommend checking out the rest of the Westerhall Rum range
