A straight infusion of ripe organic pineapples, and rich and flavourful pot-distilled rum from Wester in Scotland. A rum which is as down-to-earth and no-nonsense as the presentation (which we absolutely love, by the way). Magic in any number of cocktails, but our pick would be a Mai-Tai.
Heady and rich pineapple blends perfectly with the spirit, a nose you could appreciate for hours on end. The palate is sweet, but not cloyingly so, and the rum and pineapple thing? Well, it just works, doesn't it.
