Mauritius XO Rum - West Indies Rum & Cane Merchants
The gang at indie bottler West Indies Rum & Cane Merchants selected a marvellous cask of Mauritian rum here! From an undisclosed distillery, this sugar cane-based rum was column distilled and treated to a stay in a single Pedro Ximénez before being bottled up at 46% ABV, without any added colour, or chill-filtration. Brimming with sherried fruit and spice, it'll make a splendid choice for some special after supper sipping.

Delicate wafts of oaken vanilla cushion dried fruit and candied orange peels. Warming prickles of allspice and ginger develop, alongside juicy raisins and dark, chewy toffee.
