Papalin Haiti from Velier is a blend of pot still rums from five Haitian distilleries: Sajous, Casimir, Vaval, Le Rocher, and Distillerie de Port-au-Prince. The limited edition four year old rum has been entirely matured in a tropical climate and has been drawn from 32 different casks, which include Cognac, bourbon, and whisky casks.
Fresh sugarcane, papaya and mango, with leathery spices, and some gentle, oaky vanilla.
